Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated customer accounts

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with customers

• Liaise with Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams to coordinate customer requirements

• Ensure prompt order fulfillment and delivery performance

• Recognize and address operational risks

• Track demand forecasts, order statuses, inventory levels, and key account metrics

• Lead communications with customers regarding schedules, deliveries, escalations, and operational challenges

• Organize and engage in customer reviews, business meetings, and performance evaluations

• Promote issue resolution and initiatives for continuous improvement

• Support opportunities for account growth and strategic business goals

• Keep precise account data and reporting within ERP and business systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline

• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Program Management, or a similar customer-facing position

• Preferred experience in a manufacturing, electronics, medical device, or industrial setting

• Strong skills in communication and relationship building

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a plus

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable
