This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue enhancement for designated clients by providing value-added solutions and engaging in contract negotiations.
• Retain and elevate the profitable engagement of current accounts.
• Build, sustain, and expand relationships with key customer decision-makers.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities, allocate resources, and implement sales strategies and pull-through initiatives.
• Create and execute account strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and boosting market share.
• Connect with influential stakeholders and decision-makers, particularly C-level executives and senior management.
• Remain up-to-date on products, services, customer opportunities, account conditions, prospects, metrics, and the competitive landscape.
• Offer direction and support to Field Sales Engineers regarding strategic deals and service levels.
• Cultivate technical knowledge pertinent to the company and the industry.
• Present customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to review quarterly service outcomes.
• Keep expenses within budgetary constraints and produce necessary reports.
• Execute additional required functions.
• Commitment to Integer’s values along with adherence to all safety and quality standards.
• Compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, as well as company policies, operating procedures, and other regulatory standards.
• Successful completion of Sales Training, experience on the shop floor, local training sessions, and self-directed study.
• Technical proficiency related to the company and industry.
• Capability to manage expenses within budget and generate necessary reports.
• Remote work must be conducted entirely outside of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, and Washington.
