This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the client relationship throughout all phases of fulfillment.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders at USN and clients.
• Cultivate, enhance, and renew client relationships to promote retention, satisfaction, and business expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales on generating leads, business development, and client outreach initiatives.
• Keep and relay updates on negotiations, staffing grid adjustments, and client information related to strikes.
• Assist clients through various engagement phases, encourage service adoption, identify risks, and build relationships.
• Work alongside Legal on contract execution and adherence to compliance standards.
• Partner with FP&A on invoicing, reconciliation, and financial flows.
• Maintain client records, interaction logs, contract information, and renewal or milestone dates within ATS and CRM systems.
• Prepare management reports focusing on strike contracts, client activities, and operational performance metrics.
• Conduct client presentations via video platforms in preparation for strikes.
• Identify unionized healthcare facilities and upcoming labor agreements to facilitate business development and market growth.
• Provide support for onsite strike operations and client engagement activities as necessary.
• An Associate’s Degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years in client services, account management, or sales experience.
• Experience in healthcare staffing or labor disruption is preferred.
• Capability to present confidently to diverse audiences in virtual environments using camera and screen sharing.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and lead calls with clients effectively.
• High interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential matters.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong decision-making capability and the ability to interpret written procedures and policies.
• Good prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
