This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor for a designated portfolio of Purview clients.
• Comprehend client requirements, workflows, and success metrics to foster long-term advocacy.
• Address client concerns promptly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Transition legacy clients to updated account plan structures.
• Establish new and expanded customer contracts within the company billing system.
• Share product updates, educational materials, and best practices.
• Work alongside onboarding teams to guarantee a seamless transition to Expert View and Purview Image.
• Spearhead retention initiatives for at-risk accounts and manage respectful offboarding for lost accounts.
• Record and monitor meetings, discussions, issues, and account activities within the CRM.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Expert View, Purview Image, and imaging/EMR workflows.
• Recognize upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and referral opportunities within current accounts.
• Build and oversee an expansion pipeline, monitoring activity, forecasts, and results in the CRM.
• Spot usage trends that support upgrades to higher-volume plans.
• Manage the expansion sales cycle from needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to effectively position new offerings.
• Assist in contract renewals by showcasing value and addressing risks prior to renewal deadlines.
• Achieve or surpass retention, expansion, and revenue growth objectives.
• A college degree or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client account management or client success roles.
• Comfort and confidence in engaging in revenue-focused discussions, including identifying needs and proposing paid solutions.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills that reflect professionalism and a client-first approach.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage a multi-client portfolio and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ability to work autonomously while progressing towards individual and team objectives.
• Positive, measured, methodical, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Excel; experience with a CRM like HubSpot or similar is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person client meetings and company or team-mandated events.
• Previous experience in a blended client success/account management role with renewal or expansion revenue responsibilities is preferred.
• Experience in selling or supporting healthcare, medical imaging, legal, veterinary, or research-oriented clients is a plus.
• Understanding of medical imaging or EMR workflows (DICOM, PACS, VNA, RIS) or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical products is preferred.
• Must be aware of confidentiality requirements, comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational privacy and security policies, and report any suspected unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of PHI.
