Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Expand the custom corrugated packaging sector across North Alabama, Eastern Mississippi, and South Tennessee.

• Discover and secure new business prospects.

• Establish a strong pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, and utilizing a network.

• Create and implement sales strategies to identify, pursue, and finalize new business.

• Enhance and maintain customer relationships by understanding business goals and providing value-driven solutions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience and successful project implementation.

• Comprehend customer purchasing processes and decision-making dynamics.

• Evaluate market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.

• Exhibit commitment and accountability, fulfilling obligations and meeting customer expectations.

• Remain updated on industry trends and share insights that support customer and business success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in outside sales, preferably within packaging, industrial, manufacturing, or related B2B sales.

• Readiness and capability to travel within the territory, up to 75%.

• A valid U.S. driver's license.

• Preferred experience in selling corrugated packaging products.

• Preferred background in packaging-related industries, such as flexible films, tapes, adhesives, industrial packaging, converting, automation, or packaging machinery.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
