Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Meet and exceed sales growth objectives while increasing market share.

• Build and sustain relationships with key customer contacts and decision-makers in corporate departments.

• Comprehend customer operational goals, menu strategies, and the prevailing political environment.

• Protect the organization against competitors while providing management with insights on the competitive landscape.

• Organize and execute regular executive review sessions with senior corporate managers and essential regional stakeholders.

• Prepare and share monthly updates on business development, quotes, and related activities.

• Oversee and relay results from new product field testing.

• Address product performance challenges that emerge during testing phases.

• Investigate customer concerns regarding product functionality or service quality.

• Communicate corrective measures both internally and externally.

• Act as a liaison between customers and relevant divisions within the company.

• Participate in and coordinate customer and industry trade shows and conventions.

• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must currently possess full authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Familiarity with customer service principles and processes.

• Understanding of sales and marketing principles and methodologies.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.

• Skills to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.

• Capability to present information and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the public.

• Intermediate mathematical abilities, including calculations related to discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, basic algebra, and geometry.

• Strong reasoning skills with the ability to resolve practical problems with limited standardization.

• Proficiency in interpreting written, oral, diagrammatic, and scheduling instructions.

• Computer proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, PBS.

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• No staff supervision responsibilities.

• Reliable attendance is mandatory.
