Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture operational and technical relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings and phone interactions.

• Execute the client account strategy.

• Gain insights into the client's environment to enhance the use and advantages of Fiserv solutions.

• Deliver reports on achievements and ongoing initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally on incident management, process enhancement, and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure compliance with system audits, updates to client profiles, and administrative responsibilities.

• Confirm that Fiserv adheres to legal and contractual requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in customer service.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in Project Management is advantageous.

• Experience in enterprise problem prevention and resolution is a plus.

• Capability to make independent decisions, demonstrate sound judgment, and manage complex issues is desirable.
