This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Propel revenue growth within key accounts in the Factory Automation sector.
• Formulate and implement account-specific strategies to meet revenue growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to monitor forecasting, pipeline activities, and progress towards targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers in engineering, purchasing, and management.
• Offer consultative support throughout the customer design and purchasing processes to enhance product utilization.
• Present professional product and service demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify customer challenges, requirements, and opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
• Generate and share customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends with sales leadership and product teams.
• Work in conjunction with product managers, engineers, and leadership on business development projects.
• Utilize effective sales techniques and adjust strategies to optimize account performance.
• Keep accurate records of forecasts, opportunity funnels, account activities, and progress reports.
• Report to the Regional Sales Manager.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Preferably experienced in selling mechanical components for automation or assembly equipment.
• Possess strong consultative selling capabilities.
• Demonstrate high business acumen with the ability to convert customer needs into actionable solutions.
• Capable of formulating and executing account growth strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Industry knowledge in automation, mechanical components, or related manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Experience in engaging with automotive, semiconductor, medical, or EV markets is preferred.
• Ability to occasionally transport sample cases weighing up to 10 lbs to customer locations.
• Willingness to travel overnight 30% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
