Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Coordinate all facets of individual travel, encompassing domestic flights, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.

• Organize travel for athletic teams, including group airfare contracts, hotel block reservations, and charter bus arrangements.

• Calculate and execute exchanges for both group and individual travel.

• Oversee group hotel and bus contracts as well as invoicing to adhere to monthly deadlines.

• Deliver customer service to both external and internal clients via phone and email.

• Manage relationships with internal and external clients concerning assigned tasks.

• Provide emergency and after-hours support to travelers, particularly during peak client event periods.

• Coordinate traveler itineraries and relay any changes to the client.

• Utilize airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline regulations and tariffs, resource guides, literature, and industry contacts.

• Conduct precise and timely data management.

• Stay updated on airline regulations, policies, and current events.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients while representing the Company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships.

• Familiarity with Sabre or a similar Global Distribution System (GDS).

• Knowledge and experience in the airline sector.

• Experience in individual and group bookings.

• Understanding of visa and legal document requirements for various countries.

• Proficiency in standard office applications, including Microsoft Office 365.

• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to produce precise work while handling stress and meeting ticketing deadlines.

• Competence in arranging GDS bookings for domestic flights, hotels, and car rentals.

• Capability to organize group contract air, hotel blocks, and charter bus bookings.
