This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the growth and retention of a designated client portfolio.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending customer needs, offering continuous support, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans to enhance revenue growth via upselling, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Proactively recognize retention risks and address any customer dissatisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering ongoing value.
• Utilize data and insights to reinforce product value and counter objections.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Care teams to fulfill client needs and enhance outcomes.
• Advocate for clients internally and relay feedback to improve the customer experience.
• Provide product training and support, including demonstrations, onboarding assistance, and best practices guidance.
• Meet performance metrics associated with retention, renewals, upselling, and engagement.
• Keep accurate and timely records of client interactions within CRM systems.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of products, industry trends, and best practices.
• Report directly to the Director of Regional Sales.
• Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for in-person meetings with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent education and work experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in account management, customer-facing roles, or similar positions.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to discern customer needs and deliver thoughtful solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability for outcomes.
• Capacity to quickly learn and utilize SaaS products.
• Proficient with standard business applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of the construction industry or the ability to learn swiftly.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a background check following a conditional job offer.
