This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Meet sales objectives in terms of units and revenue within the designated portfolio.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and promote sustainable growth through distributor collaborations.
• Address customer requirements and build connections with physicians and hospital executives.
• Manage and enhance key accounts through strategic account plans.
• Offer pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative product assistance in cardiac surgery.
• Monitor customer trends and provide insights to the Sales Manager/Commercial Director.
• Adhere to the Code of Ethics and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Suggest sales goals and strategies to management.
• Propel ongoing sales growth through effective planning and execution.
• Represent the company through customer interactions, trade exhibitions, congresses, local meetings, and visits to surgical sites.
• Implement product launches and promotional initiatives in collaboration with distributors.
• Oversee regional bidding processes and competitive positioning.
• Conduct market assessments and report findings to management.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs regarding virtual proctoring and preceptorships.
• Work collaboratively across departments to optimize business opportunities within designated spending limits.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date information in the Corcym Customer Platform (CCP).
• Deliver monthly sales, expense, account profile, and other necessary reports.
• Become a Perceval Clinical Trainer (PCT), as applicable, and assist cardiac surgeons in the operating room.
• Build and sustain distributor relationships.
• Act as a liaison between Corcym, cardiac surgeons, and distributors.
• Implement and manage distributor performance reporting, evaluations, and forecasting.
• Embody corporate values and vision within the assigned territory.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Carry out other duties pertinent to the role as required.
• Demonstrated experience in the medical device sector, ideally in cardiac surgery or heart valves.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
• Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
• High proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of distributor dynamics and market development strategies.
• A minimum of 3+ years in sales, marketing, or related positions within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in distributor management is preferred.
• Background in cardiac surgery or heart valve products is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medicine, or a related discipline.
