This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Oversee the relationship between utility clients and retail initiatives.
• Manage the expenses, execution, and effectiveness of the company's retail programs.
• Engage in contract negotiations and amendments.
• Coordinate business strategies, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions.
• Align development processes with market trends, program objectives, and client requirements.
• Create new business opportunities or enhance the product line with clients.
• Analyze issues and potential opportunities and assess viable options.
• Assess performance and suggest marketing strategies.
• Set milestones and oversee program plans and timelines.
• Identify program challenges and find solutions, including resource allocation or adjustments in contractual specifications.
• Determine the profitability and feasibility of new products or program enhancements.
• Formulate strategies and tactics for optimal program performance.
• Collaborate with various company functional groups throughout the program lifecycle.
• Supervise employees from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative sectors.
• Manage concurrent contracts yielding $2 million to $5 million in annual revenue without incentives.
• Ensure contracts comply with requirements and client satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional field teams typically comprising 7-15 members.
• Supervise at least 2 direct reports.
• Generate technical content and intellectual property as necessary.
• Cultivate relationships with utilities, retailers, and manufacturers.
• Assist in drafting and presenting proposals.
• Support the development of field representative territories and retailer visitation frequencies.
• Relevant work experience alongside 5-8 years in project management.
• Minimum of 2 years in people management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must meet all applicable DOT qualification standards, if relevant.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local transportation regulations, if applicable.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of the position without employer sponsorship or assistance.
