This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel sales by actively engaging and supporting CIEE's network of International Representatives.
• Examine recruitment trends, market dynamics, and partner performance to pinpoint growth opportunities and aid in strategic decision-making.
• Supervise partner pipelines and proactively recognize, address, and escalate issues that may impact recruitment objectives or program delivery.
• Cultivate and sustain business relationships with existing and potential partners in designated markets.
• Investigate and identify new market opportunities for CIEE programs.
• Compile and analyze sales reports and performance metrics to discern trends, assess outcomes, and guide market and departmental strategies.
• Recognize risks and opportunities within assigned markets and formulate plans to meet or surpass budget targets.
• Collaborate with program and product owners to create and implement market-specific sales strategies.
• Work in partnership with Operations and internal stakeholders to deliver timely support and exceptional service to International Representatives.
• Stay informed about BridgeUSA regulations, industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
• Represent CIEE at webinars, conferences, partner meetings, and other recruitment-related events.
• Undertake new projects and responsibilities assigned by the Manager and Director.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of sales and account management experience is required, preferably with international clients.
• Experience in education sales is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in managing leads and data within CRM systems is required; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong skills in MS Office, including Excel, are required; advanced Excel and reporting skills are strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in building credible relationships across functions and management levels.
• Experience living, studying, teaching, and/or working abroad is strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate across cultures and international borders.
• Comfort with learning new technologies.
• Motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic about supporting sales in a competitive landscape.
• A desire to thrive in a global and collaborative team environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for conferences, partner meetings, and other business necessities.
