This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and assess prospective clients through outbound outreach, incoming inquiries, and CRM follow-ups.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are fulfilled and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and manage opportunities within the CRM to facilitate steady revenue growth.
• Prepare quotes, handle pricing inquiries, and negotiate terms to maximize closure rates while enhancing gross profit margins and account profitability.
• Comprehend Allied's product offerings and effectively convey their benefits to clients.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying new project opportunities, cross-selling complementary products, and securing design-in chances.
• Assist the Sales Manager in broadening Allied’s portfolio with new product lines.
• Complete onboarding and product training, familiarize with the catalog, pricing structure, and CRM workflow, shadow calls, and review the current account book.
• Independently manage an initial portfolio of accounts and outbound prospecting, build a qualified CRM pipeline, and provide quotes and negotiations.
• Function autonomously throughout the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, manage and grow the account portfolio, and identify opportunities for product expansion.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within the electronics or industrial components sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging with engineers, buyers, and decision-makers.
• Demonstrated capability to grow existing accounts, generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and successfully close deals.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools (such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and adhere to deadlines.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude, with a strong aspiration to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a remote sales team while maintaining a high level of independence.
