Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Identify and target new customers through high-volume, high-velocity outbound prospecting methods.

• Oversee the sales pipeline, cultivate relationships, and finalize deals.

• Create innovative and tailored outreach strategies for prospective clients.

• Keep precise records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Recognize, qualify, and secure both inbound and outbound opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Interact with prospects through multiple channels and contribute to achieving revenue and sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a sales position.

• Strong expertise in lead generation through cold calling and emails, as well as pipeline management and deal closure.

• At least 1 year of experience in a full-cycle outside sales role.

• Eagerness to undertake new projects, experiment, learn swiftly from setbacks, and scale successful initiatives.

• Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or other relevant sales tools and platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• A positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to be coached.

• Openness to acquiring new tools, systems, and best practices.

• Flexibility and patience in a fast-paced, evolving environment with frequently changing processes.

• Active listening and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to tactfully overcome objections and devise creative solutions.

• Candidates must reside in New Jersey.

• Preferred: inside sales experience targeting the Public Safety and/or Education sectors.

• Anticipated starting salary of $80,000.

• Anticipated OTE of $150,000 (includes variable compensation; not base salary).
