This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships.
• Oversee a range of medical affairs and publication projects from inception to completion, which includes managing meetings, congress activities, abstracts, manuscripts, scientific content, training materials, and other multichannel communications.
• Work in collaboration with Scientific, Editorial, and Creative teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance for various accounts.
• Ensure the timely delivery of work that aligns with budget constraints and agreed-upon scopes.
• Identify potential for organic growth within accounts and assist in new business initiatives.
• Uphold high standards of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• 2–5+ years of experience in a medical communications agency.
• Strong comprehension of the pharmaceutical sector, medical affairs, and publication processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficient in managing budgets and project finances.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
