This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Retain current accounts and facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts through quarterly visits.
• Investigate specific account needs and foresee new opportunities.
• Provide marketing and sales insights and recommendations for strategic planning and reviews.
• Develop and execute action plans.
• Uphold quality and customer service standards.
• Address issues and perform audits.
• Recognize trends and propose system enhancements.
• Identify marketing prospects by evaluating consumer needs, market conditions, competitive share, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Project future business and define targeted market share.
• Take responsibility for fulfilling new and diverse requests while seeking opportunities for added value.
• Collaborate with the marketing department on promotional material requirements.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and confirm receipt.
• Organize meetings and participate in trade shows.
• Safeguard organizational integrity by maintaining confidentiality.
• Inform potential facilities about Aria Care Partners’ mission and services.
• Oversee territory travel statewide, visiting nursing home staff and residents.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Prior experience in senior living communities, sales, and life/health insurance is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a health and life insurance license.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and complete assignments promptly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected situations.
• Dependability and punctuality are required.
• Ability to efficiently complete the required weekly visits.
• Capacity to work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must currently hold a life/health insurance license or be able to successfully complete the licensing course and exam.
• Ability to plan weekly travel throughout the state to visit nursing home staff and residents.
• Willingness to travel daily with the potential for 75% overnight stays.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
