Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service

• Maintain existing accounts and facilities

• Conduct regular visits to key accounts, at least once per quarter

• Assess specific account needs and anticipate new opportunities

• Provide marketing and sales insights and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews

• Develop and finalize action plans

• Uphold quality and customer service standards

• Address issues and complete audits

• Recognize trends and identify system enhancements

• Implement necessary changes

• Discover marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer needs, market definitions, competitor shares, and their strengths and weaknesses

• Project future business and establish targeted market share

• Take ownership of fulfilling new and diverse requests while seeking opportunities to add value

• Collaborate with the marketing department on promotional material needs

• Manage inventory of promotional stock, place orders, and confirm receipt

• Organize meetings and participate in trade shows

• Safeguard organizational value by maintaining confidentiality of information

• Inform potential facilities about Aria Care Partners’ mission and services

• Oversee territory travel and visit nursing home staff and residents


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Preferred background in senior living communities, sales, and life/health insurance

• Capability to obtain health and life insurance license

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and complete assignments promptly

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unforeseen events

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to efficiently meet the required number of weekly visits

• Team-oriented mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to successfully complete the licensing course and exam

• Willingness to plan weekly travel across the state to visit nursing home staff and residents

• Daily travel with a possibility of 75% overnight stays

• Must reside within the designated territory
