This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the primary liaison for designated accounts within the WI, MN, and Dakota regions.
• Provide strategic sales guidance and communication plans to safeguard current business and secure new opportunities.
• Execute business and marketing strategies for assigned accounts in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
• Achieve sales objectives, including profitable growth in the territory year-over-year.
• Acquire knowledge about Amcor products, the packaging sector, and the competitive landscape.
• Expand both existing and new accounts through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
• Support key business negotiations for emerging opportunities.
• Foster trustworthy relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to enhance share-of-wallet growth, commercialization, and onboarding processes.
• Engage with co-packers, machine suppliers, OEMs, and industry organizations.
• Oversee coordination among Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service for validation and customer trial initiatives.
• Manage accounts receivable with assistance from the credit department.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to address unmet customer needs.
• Execute established technology, product management, and commercial strategies.
• Report on sales and marketing contributions for monthly management review.
• Enhance forecast accuracy.
• Administer account planning, pipeline management, profitability enhancements, and churn within the CRM tool.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in technical sales and general management, preferably in the packaging sector.
• Demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.
• Experience in negotiations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
• Proficient in managing account planning, pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn using a CRM tool.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, Field Service, and Strategic Marketing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, as Amcor conducts employment authorization verification.
