This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for designated accounts within a specified territory.

• Provide strategic sales guidance and communication tactics to maintain current business and acquire new clients.

• Execute business and marketing initiatives for assigned accounts alongside stakeholders.

• Achieve consistent year-over-year sales growth for the designated area.

• Enhance business with both existing and prospective accounts through networking and prospecting efforts.

• Navigate account complexities and relay customer requirements internally.

• Assist in significant business negotiations and shape decisions and actions.

• Foster trusted relationships with customers and collaborate effectively across leadership, marketing, and R&D teams.

• Promote share-of-wallet growth, commercialization, and onboarding strategies.

• Engage with external industry influencers, co-packers, machinery suppliers, OEMs, and industry associations.

• Coordinate with Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service for customer validation and trials.

• Oversee accounts receivable with support from the credit department.

• Identify strategic actions to address unmet customer needs.

• Work collaboratively across functions on defined technology, product management, and commercial strategies.

• Report on sales and marketing performance for monthly management reviews.

• Ensure accuracy in forecasting.

• Share insights on competitive intelligence, marketing approaches, pricing frameworks, and product performance.

• Manage account planning, sales pipeline, profitability enhancements, and churn within the CRM tool.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales and general management, ideally within the packaging sector.

• Experience in a large-scale business-to-business setting.

• Demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.

• Proficient in negotiation practices.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
