This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Achieve the sales targets assigned for your clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create value and maintain existing business relationships.

• Seize opportunities for value creation and new business development.

• Gather, share, and report market intelligence related to the clients you manage.

• Meet various performance metrics, including installation targets.

• Conduct regular inventory assessments for clients, forecast performance, and track order fulfillment.

• Manage key client satisfaction, risks, and opportunities.

• Collect and update data on clients and target clients, including decision-maker information, product usage trends, and potential needs.

• Establish collaboration with clients from laboratories to clinical departments and management levels to uncover needs and identify opportunities.

• Identify risks of business loss and develop contingency plans.

• Acquire knowledge about target clients' instruments, reagents, ordering departments, competitors, and distribution channels.

• Develop and implement client visit plans.

• Analyze regional markets and formulate and execute business plans for hospitals and regions.

• Forecast and manage VBP reporting volumes.

• Collect information on industry policies, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate processes related to client complaints, after-sales service, installations, market projects, product inventory expiration, and PCR applications.

• Build academic networks and maintain relationships with clinical doctors and departmental meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in clinical or medical-related fields.

• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare/diagnostics industry (preferred).

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

• Sharp insights into key stakeholders and client dynamics.

• Extensive experience in managing strategic or key accounts.

• Experience working with senior management.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Good learning abilities.

• Open to new ideas and sales models.

• Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
