This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for achieving performance targets for assigned clients, including securing new business opportunities labeled “ZBA,” contract renewals, and continuously increasing Abbott's market share in hospitals.

• Meet the sales targets set for the assigned clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create value and maintain existing business relationships.

• Capitalize on value creation and new business opportunities.

• Gather, share, and report market intelligence relevant to the assigned clients.

• Achieve various performance objectives including metrics and installations.

• Regularly review client inventory, accurately forecast performance, and track order completion status.

• Manage key clients and sales targets within the region, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client data.

• Conduct customer satisfaction assessments and manage risks and opportunities.

• Establish partnerships with client laboratories, clinical departments, and management to uncover needs and identify opportunities.

• Identify risks of business loss and develop contingency plans.

• Gather information on instruments, reagents, billing departments, competitors, and channel distributors to formulate mid- to long-term development plans for clients.

• Develop and execute client visitation plans.

• Create and implement business plans for unit hospitals and regions.

• Conduct VBP volume forecasting and management.

• Monitor changes in industry policies and stay informed about market and competitor dynamics.

• Coordinate client complaints, after-sales service, and installation processes.

• Assist with market projects, build academic networks, maintain relationships with clinical doctors, and organize departmental meetings.

• Manage product inventory expiration and PCR application processes to enhance client satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in clinical or medical-related fields.

• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare/diagnostics industry (preferred).

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to build interpersonal relationships.

• Keen insight into key stakeholders and client dynamics.

• Extensive experience in strategic and key account management.

• Experience collaborating with senior management personnel.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong learning aptitude.

• Willingness to embrace new ideas and sales models.

• Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
