This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Guarantee 100% accuracy of client invoices before they are released.
• Examine invoices, line items, and related documentation; escalate any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Finance team for prompt billing delivery and verification.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and daily inquiries.
• Assist in meeting service delivery and program performance expectations.
• Offer advice on operational enhancements, cost reductions, and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and convey written and verbal communications.
• Participate in client Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Work together with Sales and clients to outline project scope.
• Support or lead sub-projects related to product launches, service implementations, client initiatives, and change requests.
• Oversee project timelines, cross-functional communications, and tracking logs.
• Guide internal change request processes and communicate priorities effectively.
• Review program documentation prior to production release.
• Keep client-approved documentation secure in appropriate systems.
• Track performance against SLAs and assist with corrective action plans.
• Serve as the initial contact for operational issues.
• Ensure the accuracy of program reports and validate data quality.
• Analyze data and provide summarized insights for clients.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors regarding program operations and vendor issues.
• A degree or equivalent, typically requiring over 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Client/Account Management, Finance, or Distribution.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Advanced organizational and project management expertise.
• Experience in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Visio and Project.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to cultivate effective team relationships and collaborate across various functions.
• Experience in a professional office environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
