Account Manager – Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for the client and manage daily PBM operations.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various internal teams.

• Ensure the timely and effective fulfillment of client requests.

• Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with essential business stakeholders.

• Oversee the status of resolutions for routine to complex client business needs.

• Monitor issues and collaborate with internal departments and client resources until resolved.

• Provide regular updates to clients regarding outstanding issues.

• Create practical and innovative solutions for intricate situations.

• Involve the appropriate internal or client resources to facilitate issue resolution.

• Ensure timely resolution to meet deadlines and uphold Client Performance Guarantees.

• Travel as necessary, up to 20% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in a client services-oriented role or previous account management experience.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking.

• Comfortable being on camera for meetings with dependable attendance.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%, which includes flights, overnight stays, local travel on short notice, and other necessary travel.

• Preferred experience in healthcare managing insurance, healthcare, or benefits accounts.

• Experience with Medicaid, Commercial, and/or Medicare Part D Plans is preferred.
