Account Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee high-profile accounts and establish benchmarks for client success.

• Serve as a point of contact between inter-departmental teams for the Account Manager team and/or Customer Experience Manager.

• Guide and mentor the Account Manager team by identifying and proactively addressing client risks and issues.

• Engage in the recruitment and training of new Account Managers.

• Track and generate reports utilizing the proprietary CRM system.

• Evaluate client strategies, contracts, and agreements for precision and alignment with agency commitments.

• Assess client feedback to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of all client-related activities.

• Advocate for the client internally with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Collaborate on strategies for customer retention by identifying behavioral triggers.

• Contribute to the development of new processes and workflows.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager.

• At least 1 year of experience in a Senior Account Manager role.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong organizational skills with thorough documentation practices.

• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a client-focused approach.

• Self-motivated team player who adapts quickly to changes.

• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Moderate to advanced experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, or similar platforms is required.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods.

• Capable of lifting a minimum of 20 pounds.
