This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Manage executive-level relationships with key banking and corporate clients, including senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Foster customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth throughout the entirety of the account lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within current accounts.
• Serve as the commercial lead for customer escalations, strategic reviews, and project governance discussions, collaborating closely with Delivery teams.
• Create and implement territory and account plans that align with the company's objectives.
• Oversee account development and renewal processes, encompassing proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Work alongside Solution Consulting, Delivery, and Product Management to customize solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Relay customer feedback and market insights to Product and Delivery teams to refine offerings.
• Maintain precise pipeline data and forecasts for management review.
• Represent Surecomp at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and local networking functions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market dynamics within the Mexican and Latin American banking and fintech landscapes.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise software sales or strategic account management within the fintech, banking technology, financial software, or high-tech sectors.
• Proven track record managing or selling to large banking clients, including engaging with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Experience navigating long sales cycles and intricate decision-making processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with transaction banking, trade finance, cash management, payments, lending, core banking, digital banking, or similar banking technology environments.
• Experience engaging with corporate clients in addition to financial institutions.
• A well-established network within the Mexican banking sector.
• Strong skills in relationship building and the capacity to gain the trust of senior executives.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to pinpoint growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Comfortable presenting to and persuading C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote role within a global, multicultural organization.
• Highly organized, accountable, and methodical, with a strong commitment to follow-through.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Travel opportunities of up to 50%.
