Account Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Implement all organizational strategies and initiatives at the Floor & Decor store level.

• Provide support for daily operations at the Floor & Decor store level and nurture the relationship with this crucial account.

• Present, showcase, and advocate for both current and new products to Floor & Decor store associates and end users.

• Organize contractor days and commercial events.

• Enhance market penetration in designated territories.

• Assess competitive scenarios, coordinate intelligence gathering, and execute suitable strategies.

• Submit quarterly reports detailing LATICRETE performance, Retail Ambassador experiences, insights, successes, and challenges.

• Train Floor & Decor store staff and promote the endorsement of LATICRETE products.

• Collaborate with Technical Services on claim inspections and data collection.

• Support Floor & Decor PSA associates in upholding Plan-O-Gram integrity and managing POP materials in stores.

• Carry out other directly related responsibilities and assume designated accountabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a home center setting.

• Capability to deliver presentations to large audiences.

• Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.

• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• High degree of self-motivation.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Creative problem-solving skills.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).

• Proficiency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.

• Cooperative team player with a positive attitude towards all LATICRETE employees and clients.

• High School diploma is required.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time, some of which may be on short notice.
