This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct regular audits of live listings to ensure they align with the approved, current as-launched baseline tracker maintained by the Item Creation team.
• Detect split or duplicate listings, hijacked content or images, incorrect variation or parent-child mappings, suppressed listings, and unauthorized edits to titles or bullet points.
• Document catalog issues with comprehensive evidence (ASIN, MSKU, issue type, screenshots) in the internal baseline tracker.
• Prepare and submit detailed, evidence-based cases in Amazon Seller Central to reverse unauthorized alterations and restore original content.
• Manage and escalate cases according to brand structure, either directly through Brand Registry/Account Health or via brand representative channels.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and advocate for hijacked listing cases beyond initial automated or first-tier rejections to achieve successful restoration.
• Report recurring root causes and systemic catalog issues to catalog managers and the Item Creation team.
• Proficiency in written English at an Advanced/C1 level.
• Minimum of two (2) years of practical experience in Amazon catalog operations, brand protection, or account health within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Demonstrated experience in initiating, managing, and successfully resolving complex Amazon case escalations across two different ownership structures (direct Brand Registry vs. brand representative).
• Competence in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Capability to carry out systematic audits independently of third-party catalog monitoring software.
• Clear understanding that this role focuses on tactical restoration and defense utilizing pre-approved baseline data, rather than creative copywriting or keyword generation.
• Experience in Footwear or Apparel is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with FNSKU, GTIN/UPC requirements, and ASIN variation mechanics.
• Direct experience with advanced Brand Registry protection tools and Account Health dashboards.
• Must be a citizen of the Philippines.
• Applications must be submitted in English.
