This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit new Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the UK market.
• Develop and sustain an MSP pipeline in Salesforce, outlining anticipated volumes and timelines.
• Lead commercial discussions and facilitate MSPs to the signing stage.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and tailored demonstrations.
• Create MSP-specific use cases and provide enabling content.
• Assess and document end-user engagement, building business cases for broader adoption.
• Assist MSPs in cultivating active forward customer pipelines and driving incremental license growth.
• Recognize signs of churn or disengagement and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate on growth roadmaps that encompass new customers, use cases, and verticals.
• Ensure accurate Salesforce forecasts and review metrics related to activation, customer acquisition, engagement, and license growth.
• Identify performance gaps, take corrective measures, and present insights to the VP of Sales.
• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day MSP issues, resolving or escalating them with comprehensive context.
• Provide structured feedback regarding product friction, missing features, sales content, and activation processes.
• For distributor-sourced MSPs, manage activation, onboarding, training, adoption, and expansion post the VP Channel's sell-phase handoff.
• Conduct operational rhythms with distributor regional teams, encompassing pipeline, enablement, and issue reviews.
• Supply reliable field data and performance assessments for distributor reviews and escalations.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or partner/channel growth.
• Ideally, 2–3 years of experience working with MSPs, distributors, or technology partners.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new partners and expand existing accounts, managing the entire journey from prospecting and commercial negotiation to onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery abilities.
• Capability to convert customer challenges into practical AI use cases and measurable business value.
• Experience in partner enablement, onboarding, training, and conducting regular pipeline or performance reviews.
• Strong commercial acumen, including precise Salesforce management, forecasting, and utilizing adoption data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Technical proficiency to demonstrate a SaaS platform, comprehend integrations and workflows, troubleshoot initial issues, and escalate effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive, and accountable approach.
• Comfortable working across various functions, adapting swiftly and taking ownership beyond a limited sales scope.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the territory is advantageous.
