This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Act as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor for designated clients.
• Cultivate client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and the success of long-term partnerships.
• Direct strategic account planning and oversee client stewardship.
• Ensure that service delivery aligns with the client’s business, financial, and operational goals.
• Examine claims, utilization, and reporting data to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing plan performance.
• Recognize client challenges and formulate customized strategies to improve healthcare affordability, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, vendors, and partners to deliver comprehensive service solutions.
• Address and resolve complex client issues.
• Maintain precise client documentation, communications, reporting, service activity, and issue-resolution tracking.
• Supervise account activity, service plans, deliverables, reporting, and ongoing communications.
• Offer insights on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting self-funded health plans and TPA services.
• Spot opportunities to broaden services, reinforce client relationships, and aid in retention and growth.
• Utilize technology, reporting tools, proprietary, and emerging AI solutions to enhance data analysis and operational efficiency.
• Execute other assigned projects, duties, and responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A four-year degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in account management, client services, sales, or a related customer-facing role within the healthcare, benefits, or insurance sectors.
• Experience in healthcare TPA, self-funded plans, employee benefits, or managed care settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with claims analysis, utilization reporting, and healthcare cost-containment strategies is essential.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting healthcare plans, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA, is preferred.
• Excellent presentation, consulting, and client-facing communication skills are preferred.
• Strong skills in relationship management and communication.
• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and convert insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with reporting tools, systems, or CRM platforms.
