This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with key strategic clients.
• Act as the primary liaison and advocate for client needs within the organization.
• Comprehend essential client requirements and expectations.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans that align with the business objectives of clients.
• Surpass sales quotas by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive environments, and client feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
• Provide precise forecasts and monitor vital account metrics.
• Report on account status and transactions while assessing sales performance against targets.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and Docker.
• Complete the onboarding process and familiarize yourself with Docker's products, processes, and culture.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and gain insight into strategic account portfolios.
• Create account growth plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the initial 90 days.
• Pursue new business opportunities, cross-sell, up-sell, and negotiate contracts or renewals.
• Collect and act on client feedback.
• Meet sales objectives, expand strategic accounts, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and implement process enhancements within the first year.
• Over 5 years of experience selling to large, complex Fortune 100 businesses.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at every organizational level, including executive and C-suite.
• Experience in delivering client-centric solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Competence in managing multiple account management projects concurrently while paying close attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC is considered an additional qualification.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of application.
• Docker does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
