This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Accelerate revenue growth by engaging with large enterprise accounts.
• Achieve targets for license, support, and service revenue.
• Identify, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.
• Investigate relationships and business opportunities throughout the client's organization.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader in machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Cultivate relationships and manage complex deals with diverse business stakeholders.
• Leverage channel partnerships to discover and pursue new opportunities.
• Offer timely and insightful contributions to other corporate functions.
• Create and implement account strategies for Enterprise Accounts.
• Keep CRM opportunity data updated, including next steps, close dates, deal values, stage progression, and forecast categories.
• Predict quarterly revenue while identifying risks, dependencies, and necessary actions.
• Integrate market insights, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence into customer-facing presentations, demonstrations, and sales efforts.
• Work collaboratively across functions to identify and address customer challenges.
• Over 5 years of experience in quota-carrying software sales.
• At least 2 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, observability, IT operations, or data-platform solutions.
• Proven experience collaborating with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, Partners/Alliances, Professional Services, and executive leadership on complex opportunities.
• More than 5 years of experience in developing and executing account strategies for Enterprise Accounts.
• Skilled in identifying business priorities, buying centers, whitespace, competitive landscape, and opportunities for expansion.
• Over 5 years of experience in maintaining CRM opportunity data, including next steps, close dates, deal values, stage progression, and forecast categories.
• Capability to forecast quarterly revenue within an established sales methodology and schedule.
• Successful track record of meeting sales targets across both new business and existing customers within a designated territory.
• Proficient in incorporating market insights, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence into customer-facing presentations, demonstrations, and sales engagements.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships while engaging key organizational stakeholders.
• Excellent collaborative skills to identify and resolve customer challenges across functions.
