This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee and facilitate the daily execution of designated programs and markets for a spirits client account.
• Build, sustain, and expand client relationships, focusing on enhancing revenue and profitability.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the regional business, processes, and objectives of assigned clients.
• Identify efficiencies, optimize results, and keep track of the financial aspects of assigned clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with clients, shared services, staff, and vendors.
• Develop, communicate, and implement marketing strategies, plans, and creative platforms aimed at measurable outcomes.
• Identify and suggest marketing solutions and engage in sales and marketing proposals as necessary.
• Oversee program execution, budgets, timelines, client communications, vendor relationships, and reporting.
• Assist with program budgeting, negotiate service costs, monitor program expenditures, manage direct-report spending, prepare and submit invoices, and support client billing.
• Create call reports, status meeting agendas, customer invoices, project debriefs, and statistical project analysis reports.
• Participate in client meetings and facilitate status meetings when required.
• Attend internal Production meetings and provide weekly updates to the Agency-shared Activation Calendar.
• Ensure that deliveries align with what was agreed upon and budgeted.
• Coordinate client contracts, insurance coverage and certificates, and personnel documentation with shared services.
• Manage, train, and mentor staff by establishing expectations and goals, monitoring performance, offering feedback, coaching, and arranging development opportunities.
• Support the Account Director in forecasting account development and managing daily program execution.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the market.
• Required experience in Project & Client Management.
• 3–5+ years in adult beverage brand management and/or experiential/integrated marketing.
• 1–3 years of experience managing full-time staff.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Suite Applications.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the capability to create, utilize, and manage organization templates, timelines, calendars, and essential documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Outstanding written, verbal, visual communication, and presentation skills.
• Flexible, versatile, and willing to take on various responsibilities while maintaining effective processes.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client/agency meetings, in-market training, and quality control.
• Schedule will depend on business needs and may vary by season.
