Account Executive – Specialty Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, pitch, and establish new specialty retail accounts for Stitch Golf apparel and travel bags.

• Develop and oversee a growing portfolio of business with premium men's retailers.

• Represent the complete apparel and travel collection in person, showcasing seasonal lines and boosting sell-in at retail locations.

• Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, presenting, closing deals, reordering, and ensuring account retention.

• Regularly travel within the territory to meet with accounts in person.

• Represent Stitch Golf at regional trade exhibitions, actively engaging at the booth and generating new account opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Stitch Golf team on seasonal product launches, gather market feedback, and plan for territory growth.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the men's specialty retail environment and competitive brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in apparel, golf, or a related lifestyle sector.

• Established connections with men's specialty retailers across Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Eastern Tennessee.

• Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and expanding existing ones.

• Comfortable and motivated by frequent travel throughout the territory.

• Experience with trade shows and willingness to participate in them as part of the regular schedule.

• Entrepreneurial attitude.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Professional demeanor to represent a premium brand to retail buyers.

• Submit a resume that includes a brief summary of current retail relationships within the territory.
