This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Generate and cultivate leads in both developed and undeveloped markets through methods such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of a sales manager.
• Sell a variety of products, services, and solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises with employee counts ranging from 1 to 299.
• Acquire new client accounts and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assess customer requirements and employ solution-based selling methods.
• Recommend wireless solutions, which include pricing plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
• Customize customer recommendations to illustrate the value of products and services.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
• Develop sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation tools and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Provide reports on sales activities and forecasts.
• Enhance prospecting, call execution, and relationship management skills through leadership collaboration.
• Engage in product training and participate in sales meetings.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in customer acquisition sales, ideally in a commissioned setting.
• Experience in outside B2B sales is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands strong multitasking skills (Required).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail (Required).
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required).
• Proficient negotiating and closing abilities, including strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to conduct cold calls or door-to-door sales (Preferred).
• Experience in identifying, nurturing, and guiding potential leads from initial interaction to conversion (Preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (Preferred).
• Experience in preparing, presenting, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotes (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
