This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive sales of products and services through opportunity-focused selling.
• Meet business objectives by effectively managing assigned territories.
• Perform on-site visits to customer locations.
• Build and sustain profitable relationships with customers.
• Uphold a professional image characterized by integrity and enthusiasm.
• Engage with staff, customers, partners, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Oversee a team of sales, technical, and support personnel for Epoch’s COCOM and European operations.
• Foster partnerships with managers and directors at partner organizations.
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships within the assigned territory and related FSIs.
• Identify and secure opportunities within designated regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Epoch’s key vendors.
• Identify potential customers in assigned geographical areas.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
• Achieve or surpass established sales goals.
• Support Epoch’s quality management system and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business to Government (B2G) sales, specifically with the DoW, USAFE, EUCOM, or other federal entities.
• Familiarity with the COCOM/USAFE organizational structure.
• Knowledge or experience with the procurement processes of COCOM/USAFE.
• Proven track record in quoting for DoW clients.
• Experience in presenting the features and advantages of similar products.
• Proficiency in pricing accuracy, gross profit calculation, and discount application while maintaining margin.
• Significant knowledge of the telecom/IT sector is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is highly advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technology-related field is highly desirable.
• Must possess an appropriate security clearance, at least Secret level.
• Must be a citizen of the United States.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Strong presentation skills and effective communication abilities.
• Sales proficiency and the capability to influence individuals at various organizational levels.
