This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Advocate for Guardant Health’s Shield™ colorectal cancer blood test among primary care healthcare providers.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets through prospecting, relationship-building, and executing a national sales strategy.
• Establish relationships with providers and facilitate the adoption of Shield for CRC and other cancers.
• Employ challenger selling techniques to comprehend provider needs and showcase product value.
• Educate and train primary care practices on product offerings and workflow integration.
• Work in collaboration with clinical, marketing, and product teams to develop sales strategies and business plans.
• Identify opportunities for territory expansion and promote laboratory partnerships and phlebotomy draw agreements.
• Create and implement launch plans for new cancer screening technologies.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
• Communicate insights and opportunities to commercial leadership.
• Deliver high-touch customer service and proactively address issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations while managing projects and timelines.
• A minimum of 4 years of customer-facing healthcare sales experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales, or at least 2 years of such experience combined with direct clinical patient-care experience as a registered nurse or physician assistant.
• Demonstrated success and achievements in healthcare sales.
• Capability to engage in selling discussions, navigate objections, and align client needs with product offerings.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare provider landscape and the ability to acquire and apply technical product knowledge.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory and occasionally nationally for sales meetings.
• Capacity to demonstrate curiosity, sound judgment, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
• Background screening, including criminal history, is mandatory.
