This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of a specific territory and account list that includes independent cardiology practices, hospital-owned groups, and health-system-employed networks.
β’ Develop territory strategies, create a pipeline, and enhance pipeline velocity through accurate CRM usage, disciplined forecasting, and maintaining deal momentum.
β’ Establish strong relationships with cardiologists, practice owners, administrators, service line leaders, population health leaders, and stakeholders aligned with private equity or hospitals.
β’ Effectively communicate the economics of value-based care, highlighting revenue opportunities, quality pathways, operational efficiencies, and reductions in avoidable admissions.
β’ Navigate intricate ownership structures, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and complex multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
β’ Analyze health-system organizational frameworks to identify economic buyers, clinical champions, and potential blockers.
β’ Manage objections, negotiate terms, and assist partners in reaching signed partnership agreements.
β’ Surpass targets for activities, meetings, proposals, and finalized agreements.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing and Growth Operations to enhance lead flow, conversion rates, and messaging strategies.
β’ Provide insights to refine the sales playbook, talk tracks, and proposal methodologies.
β’ Contribute to the development of repeatable sales processes, materials, and market insights in a startup environment.
β’ Adapt to changing product, operational, and market conditions.
β’ Build significant attributed patient volumes, document a repeatable health-system sales approach, and shape sales messaging and go-to-market strategies.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of healthcare sales experience targeting physician groups, health systems, or provider executives.
β’ Direct experience in closing deals within hospital-owned or health-system-employed provider organizations, not just independent practices.
β’ Demonstrated success in meeting quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder, long sales cycle environments.
β’ Proven ability to advocate for a new category or unfamiliar model.
β’ Strong financial and operational understanding; capable of articulating ROI and value-based care economics.
β’ High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and clinical credibility, or the ability to quickly establish it.
β’ A builder mindset with comfort in operating without extensive enablement or established playbooks.
β’ Driven, accountable, and motivated by achieving results.
β’ Willingness and enthusiasm for frequent in-person travel.
β’ Strategic market knowledge across independent practices, hospital-owned groups, and health-system networks.
β’ Must reside in the United States, preferably in the Midwest.
