Account Executive – Online Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify and execute event and activity strategies for the designated territory

• Enhance awareness of online academic programs in the fields of education, healthcare, and business

• Stimulate inquiry generation and establish impactful partnerships within the territory

• Conduct informative presentations along with calls and emails

• Offer guidance to prospective students, families, and partners through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails

• Advocate for Grand Canyon Education's mission, student success at Grand Canyon University, and institutional advancement

• Work autonomously towards ambitious objectives

• Assist prospective students throughout the admissions journey from application to the completion of their initial classes

• Steer students towards successful online learning experiences

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of proven experience in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• No delinquent or defaulted federal student loans; if in rehabilitation, the credit report must reflect current payments

• Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities

• Strong communication and listening skills, covering in-person, written, and telephonic communication

• Self-driven with the ambition to succeed

• High emotional intelligence with a demonstrated capacity for empathy

• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, flexible schedule, and a clean driving record

• Capacity to utilize a personal vehicle and travel extensively throughout the territory

• Availability for evenings and/or weekends for select events

• Proficiency in computer use

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Relevant experience in the industry is a plus

• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
