📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential HVAC contractors through proactive outbound efforts.

• Promote Quilt's heat pump system and partner programs to contractors, enrolling them in the partner network.

• Secure initial stocking orders while achieving revenue goals.

• Travel to meet contractors, foster relationships, and finalize new partnerships; average travel requirement is 50%.

• Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate opportunities and enhance Quilt's brand visibility.

• Maintain CRM integrity by tracking contractor interactions, sales pipeline progress, and partner performance metrics.

• Meet OKRs and quotas associated with signed partners and initial stocking order revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, contractor sales, HVAC distribution, or a similar field.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience selling to HVAC contractors.

• Demonstrated success in acquiring new partners and achieving sales quotas.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to work independently, energize field efforts, and establish scalable outreach processes.

• Passion for home energy solutions and heat pumps.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, averaging 50%, to contractor locations and events.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for managing partner relationships and sales pipelines.
