This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee, enhance, and expand the CooperVision MiSight product range with both existing and prospective clients.
• Cultivate professional sales relationships with designated customers through a consultative selling approach.
• Engage in daily face-to-face and virtual interactions with clients.
• Seek out new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement a strategic call cycle and territory business plan.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets for the designated area.
• Utilize sales, marketing, and educational resources to foster practitioner acceptance.
• Examine industry trends, competition, customer requirements, practice dynamics, and essential metrics to modify growth strategies.
• Address customer inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Attend state, regional, and national optical events, including weekends as required.
• Provide CRM call reports, expense documentation, territory assessments, and other administrative paperwork.
• Work with various departments to develop practice management tools and resources for eye care professionals.
• Travel within the designated territory approximately 80% of the time, including overnight trips as necessary.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, training sessions, and regional meetings.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States permanently and continuously without requiring future sponsorship.
• A minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Daily utilization of CRM systems to document customer interactions and analyze product sales, accounts, and territory expansion.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective territory management skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams and other departments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver both internal and external presentations.
• Demonstrated understanding of the contact lens market and CooperVision MiSight product offerings.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs when installing, removing, and transporting diagnostic contact lens sets.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• A valid driver’s license, minimum insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
• NCLE certification is preferred.
