This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Collaborate with Zone Directors to devise a calling strategy aimed at maximizing territory coverage and sales.
• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships within health systems, hospitals, and private outpatient markets.
• Market and sell medical imaging equipment along with service contracts.
• Build and sustain relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional products and options.
• Establish connections and execute selling strategies within hospitals, imaging centers, IDNs, and GPOs.
• Create quotes for new equipment and option sales in coordination with Sales Operations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations alongside Product Specialists.
• Formulate business plans and market analyses in conjunction with the Marketing team.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Provide insights regarding competitive products, pricing strategies, and market developments.
• Document account contacts and activities in Salesforce/CRM.
• Support accounts receivable collection, service contract renewals, and address product performance challenges.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
• Participate in RSNA and other industry trade shows and conventions to generate leads and foster relationships.
• Adhere to U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulations.
• Fulfill vendor credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and other facilities.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
• Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned geographic territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to sell products tailored to customer needs.
• Exceptional sales presentation capabilities.
• Competence in addressing customer objections and concerns effectively.
• Quick learner of new products and services.
• Strong communication skills to interact with C-Level executives, Radiology Managers, Radiologists, and Technicians.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to cultivate long-term business relationships.
• Strong listening abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments to support customer needs.
• Skill in organizing sales meetings that meet customer specifications and pricing.
• Capacity to resolve issues promptly, efficiently, and thoroughly.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills for self and support staff.

• Ability to oversee and maintain call tracking, order tracking, and business expense reports.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Manual dexterity to operate iPad/PC systems.
• Specific vision abilities including close, distance, and depth perception.
• Ability to utilize personal, public, and air transportation.
• Ability to occasionally lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds.
