This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Collaborate with Zone Directors to create calling strategies and enhance territory coverage and sales.
• Identify and establish new customer relationships within health systems, hospitals, and private outpatient markets.
• Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote cross-selling of products and options.
• Build relationships and execute selling strategies with health systems, hospitals, imaging centers, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
• Generate quotes for new equipment and additional sales in conjunction with Sales Operations.
• Perform product demonstrations and clinical presentations alongside Product Specialists.
• Create business plans and conduct market assessments in collaboration with Marketing.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and technical skills related to Fujifilm products and services.
• Provide insights on competitive products, pricing, and market trends.
• Document account contacts and activities in Salesforce/CRM.
• Assist in accounts receivable collection, service contract renewals, and addressing product performance issues.
• Keep track of industry trends and participate in RSNA and other relevant trade shows and conventions.
• Adhere to U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Fulfill vendor credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities.
• Over 4 years of sales experience is preferred.
• A BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively within an assigned geographic area.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Capacity to sell based on customer needs and effectively handle objections.
• Exceptional sales presentation skills.
• Quick learner of new products and services.
• Strong communication skills with C-level executives, Radiology Managers, Radiologists, and Technicians.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to cultivate long-term business relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in structuring sales meetings with product specifications and pricing requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, organize work, and support staff.
• Monitor call tracking, order tracking, and business expense reports effectively.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Compliance with relevant medical-device regulations and vendor credentialing standards.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of office and clinical environments, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% may be necessary.
