This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
β’ Collaborate with Zone Directors to formulate calling strategies that enhance territory coverage and sales performance.
β’ Identify and establish new customer relationships within health systems, hospitals, and private outpatient markets.
β’ Promote and sell Fujifilm medical imaging equipment, along with options and service contracts.
β’ Build and sustain strong relationships with current customers to ensure their satisfaction and facilitate the cross-selling of additional products and options.
β’ Forge relationships and execute hospital selling strategies with health systems, hospitals, imaging centers, IDNs, GPOs, and similar organizations.
β’ Partner with Sales Operations to create quotes for new equipment and option sales.
β’ Work alongside Product Specialists to conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing to devise business plans and perform market assessments.
β’ Continually enhance product knowledge and technical skills related to Fujifilm products and services.
β’ Provide timely and precise feedback regarding competitive products, pricing, and market trends.
β’ Document account contacts and related activities in Salesforce/CRM in coordination with the Field Sales Coordinator.
β’ Aid in accounts receivable collections, service contract renewals, and the resolution of product performance issues.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
β’ Attend RSNA and local trade shows and conventions to generate leads and establish relationships.
β’ Travel throughout and provide service in Western New York, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
β’ Adhere to relevant medical device regulations, standards, and facility credentialing requirements.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of sales experience is preferred.
β’ A BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic territory.
β’ A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
β’ Strong capability to sell products based on customer needs.
β’ Excellent skills in sales presentations.
β’ Ability to effectively address customer objections and concerns.
β’ Quick learner with new products and services.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Proficient in communicating at the C-Level, with Radiology Managers, Radiologists, and Technicians.
β’ Proven ability to cultivate long-term business relationships.
β’ Excellent listening skills.
β’ Capability to collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service.
β’ Proficient in structuring sales meetings to meet customer requirements, including product specifications and pricing.
β’ Ability to resolve issues in a timely, efficient, and thorough manner.
β’ Capable of managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
β’ Strong organizational skills for managing work, oneself, and supporting staff.

β’ Ability to work with support staff to foster teamwork and enhance customer service.
β’ Competent in monitoring and maintaining reports, such as call tracking, order tracking, and business expense reporting.

β’ Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Ability to perform in typical office and clinical working conditions.
β’ Manual dexterity necessary for operating iPad/PC systems.
β’ Specific vision capabilities, including close vision, distant vision, and depth perception.
β’ Ability to utilize personal, public, and air transportation as necessary.
β’ Capacity to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
β’ Compliance with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
β’ Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements for hospital and facility access.
