Account Executive – MI Clarity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Educate healthcare professionals and care teams on the clinical significance, prognostic value, and evidence backing MI Clarity.

β€’ Present clinical data, validation studies, and insights based on evidence.

β€’ Conduct both in-person and virtual educational initiatives while leading consultative discussions rooted in evidence.

β€’ Establish MI Clarity as a clinical decision-support tool that addresses assay performance, patient selection, workflow integration, turnaround time, and clinical interpretation.

β€’ Develop and implement strategic plans for both territory and accounts.

β€’ Build and sustain relationships with medical oncologists, breast surgeons, pathologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, health system administrators, and other clinical decision-makers.

β€’ Identify and engage key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and clinical advocates.

β€’ Facilitate the implementation of testing workflows and operational integration.

β€’ Analyze performance data for territory and accounts, developing targeted engagement strategies.

β€’ Maintain accurate documentation in CRM, including forecasting and records of account activities.

β€’ Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other internal teams.

β€’ Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and industry standards.

β€’ Drive provider engagement and educational initiatives, workflow implementation, territory growth, market penetration, CRM accuracy, and execution of activities.

β€’ Travel as necessary, including potential evenings, weekends, or holidays.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related field is preferred.

β€’ 3+ years of proven sales experience in Oncology, Diagnostics, Molecular Testing, Pathology, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical sales.

β€’ Strong knowledge of breast cancer treatment pathways and oncology terminology.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with healthcare providers and health systems.

β€’ Exceptional presentation, communication, and consultative selling abilities.

β€’ Capacity to interpret and communicate clinical data effectively.

β€’ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

β€’ Preferred: experience in selling oncology diagnostics or precision medicine solutions.

β€’ Preferred: established relationships within oncology or breast centers.

β€’ Preferred: experience in launching new products or assays.

β€’ Preferred: familiarity with pathology workflows and digital pathology.

β€’ Preferred: knowledge of prognostic and predictive breast cancer assays.

β€’ Ability to sit or stand for extended durations.

β€’ Ability to lift standard office materials.
