This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead strategic expansion initiatives within multi-dwelling unit (MDU) and homeowners’ association (HOA) communities.
• Cultivate and sustain connections with developers, property managers, HOA board members, and consultants to generate and nurture quality leads.
• Lead exploratory discussions to identify property objectives, decision-making processes, and resident expectations.
• Create and deliver tailored service proposals that align with Lumos’s capabilities and the specific needs of properties.
• Negotiate access rights, marketing agreements, and bulk service contracts effectively.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract finalization and internal transition.
• Collaborate with internal teams on logistics specific to properties, installation readiness, and implementation requirements.
• Monitor and forecast pipeline activities, contributing to regional sales objectives and organizational growth targets.
• Provide strategic insights to marketing, customer experience, and leadership teams to enhance strategy, messaging, and expansion initiatives.
• Keep abreast of market trends, resident preferences, and competitive dynamics to guide sales positioning.
• Represent Lumos professionally, enhancing the brand's reputation within the MDU sector.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and finalizing complex agreements involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong business insight with a solid understanding of property management frameworks and operations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level or board-level audiences comfortably.
• Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom, real estate, or MDU settings.
• Background in the fiber, telecom, or broadband industry is highly preferred.
• Self-driven, consultative, and adaptable, capable of thriving in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally for onsite meetings, property visits, and partner interactions.
• Regularly operates a computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
• Capability to travel to properties and regional offices as required.
• Near-constant engagement of sight, speech, hearing, comprehension, and reasoning skills.
• Must be able to remain seated or in a stationary position for extended durations.
