This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
β’ Establish connections with healthcare facilities for locum tenens opportunities via cold calling, incoming calls, job boards, mailings, referrals, postings, candidate submissions, conventions, and follow-up on leads.
β’ Generate revenue by focusing on strategic account development.
β’ Promote and sell additional business opportunities after securing Locum Tenens Agreements.
β’ Handle client referrals and enhance communication with sales and recruiting teams to support placements.
β’ Collaborate with credentialing, payroll, accounting, and other operational teams to efficiently address client needs.
β’ Market healthcare providers to private-sector clients.
β’ Conduct client intake calls using company-approved technology.
β’ Accurately input position and match-schedule information into the database; ensure healthcare provider timesheets are approved, submitted, and paid.
β’ Document client requirements in eRecruit and inform recruiting teams of openings through job postings.
β’ Review candidate files, present qualified candidates, and follow up on pending submissions, extensions, renewals, P1s, and new opportunities.
β’ Negotiate and communicate contract terms with both internal and external clients.
β’ Foster professional relationships with internal and external partners, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
β’ Achieve minimum targets for outbound calls, provider presentations, and new contract acquisitions.
β’ Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients, preferably onsite.
β’ Travel for face-to-face meetings with clients when necessary and appropriate.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle inside or outside sales, sourcing, qualifying, networking, and relationship building, or equivalent sales experience, ideally in a locums healthcare staffing context.
β’ Strong leadership and team management abilities, with proven skills in motivating others.
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting conflicting deadlines.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills, effective phone presentation, and superior customer service capabilities.
β’ Ability to collaborate with all facets of the business to reach collective objectives.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Solid analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
β’ Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team contributor.
β’ Capacity to communicate and collaborate in a harmonious, respectful, and supportive manner with management and other departments.
β’ Strong sense of urgency and detail-oriented mindset.
β’ Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word; general database knowledge.
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and sufficient experience to effectively perform the essential functions of the role.
