Account Executive – Large Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Rain's sales pipeline to support ambitious growth objectives for financial technology solutions tailored for employees.

• Identify and cultivate prospects through effective lead qualification.

• Maintain comprehensive market and competitor insights to establish credibility with potential clients.

• Collaborate with the sales development representative team to advance progress within their pipelines.

• Foster relationships with customers and account teams, reaching up to the C-Level executives.

• Deliver product information, solution proposals, and account reviews while aiding in the ordering process.

• Highlight and advocate for Rain's financial technology solutions and partnerships with industry leaders, such as SHRM and APA.

• Take ownership and contribute at every phase of the sales lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology or solution sales, including expertise in Human Capital Management and Earned Wage Access.

• Outstanding strategic planning and business development capabilities; must take ownership and contribute throughout every stage of the sales lifecycle.

• A Bachelor's degree in business or a comparable mix of education and professional experience.

• Proficiency in promoting complex technology solutions and managing related projects.

• A high degree of demonstrated customer interaction skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong sales acumen, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
