This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and finalize new sales pipelines within a designated K12 public school territory in the US.
• Promote the adoption of new clients and cross-sell products to the existing network.
• Interact with Directors of Student Services, Registrars, Principals, and Superintendents from a remote office setting.
• Meet and surpass assigned sales targets through outreach efforts, presentations, and negotiations.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the designated territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Establish and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Monitor progress and project future sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and product innovations.
• Engage in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM records.
• At least 2 years of successful experience in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas.
• Preferred knowledge of the K12 education market.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage intricate sales cycles and foster strong client relationships.
• Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• Skilled in Google Suite.
• Self-driven and oriented towards achieving results.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
