This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Expand Prividium's presence throughout the United States.
• Take charge of target-account strategies, pipeline development, deal execution, and finalized agreements.
• Achieve the specified pipeline, bookings, and revenue targets across the US institutional market from initial engagement to negotiation and closure.
• Identify which institutions, use cases, and stakeholders to target and prioritize.
• Generate opportunities through executive relationships, direct outreach, and market insights.
• Comprehend customer workflows, limitations, and financial aspects related to tokenized deposits, payments, settlements, collateral, funds, and asset issuance.
• Facilitate institutional purchasing processes involving business leadership, product, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal teams.
• Develop mutual action plans, uphold deal discipline, and steer commercial and contractual negotiations with support from Legal and the executive team.
• Supply organized insights on customers, competitors, and regulatory factors to inform product, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Potentially transition into a leadership role for a US team as the market evolves.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of closing six- or seven-figure deals.
• Background in selling software, data, SaaS, or infrastructure solutions to banks, capital markets firms, or other regulated financial institutions.
• Experience in generating pipeline through executive relationships and direct prospecting, with specific examples of accounts acquired.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder purchasing processes involving security, risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and executive approvals.
• Capability to credibly discuss enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, deployment models, and data privacy with senior technology stakeholders.
• Experience in selling an emerging or category-defining product while the sales approach was still being refined.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain, tokenization, or institutional digital assets is a plus.
• Must reside in or near the New York City area.
• Must clarify eligibility to work in the US and any visa sponsorship needs.
• Performance-based variable compensation provided in ZK tokens.
